Someone should discover an ‘endangered’ species on the site and declare it a protected habitat.
You know, you have a point there. I'd be interested to see if any of the usual bureaucratic nonsense that usually happens when you try to build anything in the city was somehow magically smoothed over to allow this. I mean for the love of God, look how long it's taken to get anything else built on the site of the WTC.
