Either way, the accusation, alone, is enough to condemn the preacher and ruin his ministry. Given today's saturation of violence and sex, I would say the chances of guilt are about 50/50.

He's not a preacher. He doesn't have a ministry. The article mentions he's a church "administrator", i.e. probably clerical staff. The headline exaggerates further, calling him a church "leader". However, the article makes no mention of of what church/organization he's an administrator/leader in, or even how either vocation relates to the accusation. The alleged crimes took place in his home!
The whole church angle seems put there purely for sensationalism, because fewer people get excited about hearing how a used car salesman seduced an underage girl.
