This article was written so that the Chronical could say they reported on the incident, and at the same time avoid the pertinant facts of the incident.
If the real story is told, it make 80% of AMericans angry, and the Chronical wants to avoid letting Americans know the whole story.

Pic showed the MX flag on a second floor balcony rail. If school followed usual setup, American flag was posted near entrance, on level 1, outside offices or auditorium. Thus MX flag was on second story, Am flag on first.
