I'm halfway through the Manchurian President. I've been paying attention so knew a lot of this (Patriot's Flag - Moretti Post). But as I read, the REAL culprit of what happened to us is not Obama ... he is what he is and is a product of what he was. Anyone who was paying attention could see this was all a set up. But the culprit was the NEWS MEDIA that amazingly did not do their jobs. That is what comes out SO STRONGLY in this new book. I like the way it is written. The book discussed on this thread is my next one.

I wish to politely disagree with you as regards the media “did not do their jobs.” IMHO, their job was TO GET BOH elected and this they accomplished by not doing the job you wish they had done.

The MSM, “drive by media”, is very far left and doing their part to seduce certain segments of the American population that “redistribution” is the way to go. The 2010 and 2012 elections will determine the outcome of their perverted, anti-American bias and thinking.

while the Mediascum failed abysmally to “do their jobs” as journalism *should* be performed (as independent, honest, accurate presenters of vital info for the public), the Mediascum did do EXACTLY the job they wanted to do..... which was to push a socialist Manchurian candidate into the White House.

AMEN! You are so right! If we had a responsible media, most of what has happened politically since the Oklahoma bombing would be entirely different. That saved Clinton’s presidency and the rest is history. It is downright scary to think that such a person as Obama whose background could so easily have been exposed was elected POTUS.
