She’s not imagining anything. She’s speaking to the pro-abortion “nuns” (correctly, “women religious”), priests, and bishops. “Nuns” can get away with being overtly pro-abortion. Priests have to be a LITTLE more circumspect. Bishops have be even more careful. It’s all a matter of what will attract the notice of Rome.
