DeVore has only raised a meager $337,000 in the eleven months he’s been running to unseat Boxer Folks, think about this for a minute. The Tea Party movement is in full swing and people are upset at Washington.
So how come DeVore was not able to tap into this energy?

Most conservatives of the Tea Party variety are not wealthy people; they are not used to making political contributions. They give of their time and energy and probably in ways beyond politics in their communities.
