They “should” have taught you about May 5th as it related to the USA, Napolean and the war between the states.
Many facts were taught to me about our American history, but........
I know that May 5th wasn’t framed in the manner which it is being shoved down our throats today.
I said it before and am saying it now:
I never heard of a holiday called Cinco de whatever. And I grew up and went to a public school in a very mexican/American city right on the border.
