EAST HARTFORD (AP) — Police in Connecticut say three people have been killed and another wounded in mid-morning shootings at an East Hartford apartment complex.

I work in east Hartford at Pratt Whitney.
I did contract work there in the mid-90's. Security there was pathetic, especially in "M" building. I imagine it must be tougher now.

Thanks. Not a murder-suicide from the sound of it, but maybe a gang war or a drug robbery.
He, too, then heard gunfire, loud voices and the sound of people running away in different directions above his head, he said. He asked that his last name not be used because the killer or killers could still be at large.
The witness then wisely ducked into a lady's apartment, so we don't know if the perps ran out of the building or if they ran back into another apartment.
