When I see a post on a thread which claims that a Fulfilled Biblical Prophecy, has
NOT been fulfilled, I am going to argue against that post. I have done so, in discussions with other FReepers than yourself, and I will continue to do so.
Hopefully, then, such posts will not be yours.
But I don't care who argues that a given Fulfilled Prophecy has NOT been fulfilled; in standing up for the integirty of God's Word and the Bible's 100%-perfect record on Prophetic Fulfillment -- I'm arguing against the Post, not the Poster.

Not a chance, Israel is one ethno state the gentile left just loves and adores.I'm assuming that by "loves and adores", you mean "would sell Israel bound, gagged, and nekkid to her enemies for a complimentary photo-op. Or maybe a pizza".
Because that seems to be the nature of the Left's "love and adoration" for Israel.
Lemme ask someone who's disagreed with me on this thread, already. Buggman, would you agree?

I am with you F15. Many prophecies are 2 fold. Daniel 8 has not been fulfilled EXACTLY as to date. God works in cycles. Meaning he uses past as foreshadows of future and then repeats the cycle. Wonder what CC will do to explain the trib when it starts to unfold EXACTLY as God has foretold??? Ignore him. He is wrong and is just a distraction. All the replacement theology and amillenialists are in for a BIG shocker in the not so distant future. I don't question their salvation, but there theology is off and they will soon find out just how much. Stay strong brother and continue to be a watchman on the wall.

Do you also believe the Great Tribulation has already occured then?I believe that the Tribulation prophesied by Christ when He said, "This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled", did in fact occur in AD 66-70: the time, times, and half-a-time of the three-and-a-half years-long Jewish Wars.
Christ said that such a tribulation would occur within the generation of His listeners, and He was proven correct. (Unsurprisingly -- Him being God, and all).

There is NO way what John reveals has taken place and you know it. Anyway, we TOTALLY disagree and enough with the banter.
Have a good one!

There is NO way what John reveals has taken place and you know it.Most of John's Revelation has been fulfilled.
Certainly, the parts corresponding to Matthew 24, of which Christ said "This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled", have indeed been fulfilled in the Jewish Wars of AD 66-70.
Just as Christ predicted. He said it would happen within that generation, and it did.

Unless, "this generation" refers to the
present generation around during the end times fulfillment of this prophecy.
The biggest hole in your argument is that Christ stated in Matthew 24:29-30 (King James Version):
"Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory."
Last checked, He has NOT returned and therefore, the 'great tribulation' connected to the 'abomination that causes desolation' he refers to in 24:15 is a future event from the time he stated it and not to be confused with the destruction of the Temple.

Of course NObama is after Israel’s nukes...
NObama is a Muslim—he was born as such because his daddy was a Muslim.

Obama is after the complete and total destruction of both Israel and America. He will begin by taking away our ability to defend ourselves.
In the mean time Iran’s missile program will launch a nuke (or several nukes) into space. The nukes will detonate over America and every piece of electronic gear in the country will become toast from EMP. Without electronic ignitions and computers, it will only be a matter of weeks before Americans begin to starve to death because we no longer grow our own food and we can no longer even supply it from external sources like Chile. We can’t even pump drinking water to our homes without electronics; and forget the winter, we’ll all freeze to death.
Obama is the worst thing that has ever happened to our country.

"Besides these [signs], a few days after that feast, on the one- and-twentieth day of the month Artemisius, [Jyar,] a certain prodigious and incredible phenomenon appeared; I suppose the account of it would seem to be a fable, were it not related by those that saw it, and were not the events that followed it of so considerable a nature as to deserve such signals; for, before sun-setting, chariots and troops of soldiers in their armour were seen running about among the clouds, and surrounding of cities. Moreover, at that feast which we call Pentecost, as the priests were going by night into the inner [court of the] temple, as their custom was, to perform their sacred ministrations, they said that, in the first place, they felt a quaking, and heard a great noise, and after that they heard a sound as of a great multitude, saying, "Let us remove hence". -- Josephus
As noted, the Matthew 24 passages referring to Christ's coming refer not to His future Bodily Return to Earth, but rather to His heavenly coming in judgment upon Jerusalem.
So, yet again, we see the Biblical Prophecy is always 100% Right.

Wowsers, that’s a leap! Don’t see any mention of a ‘heavenly’ return in Matthew 24.

Wowsers, thats a leap! Dont see any mention of a heavenly return in Matthew 24.Um, it's all about the "heavenly". The word "heaven" appears seven times in Matthew 24, several times in reference to Christ's location in the narrative; the word "earth" (not counting one reference to "earthquakes") only twice, and neither time in reference to Christ's location. Read it again:
And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Here's some Josephus again, to reinforce the point:
The stones that were thrown were of the weight of a talent, and had a range of two furlongs and more. The shock, not only to such as first met it, but even to those beyond them for a considerable distance, was irresistible. The Jews, however, at the first, could guard against the stone; for its approach was intimated, not only to the ear by its whiz, but also, being white, to the eye by its brightness. Accordingly they had watchmen posted on the towers, who gave warning when the engine was discharged and the stone projected, calling out in their native language, "THE SON IS COMING!"......for, before sun-setting, chariots and troops of soldiers in their armour were seen running about among the clouds, and surrounding of cities. -- Josephus
Hope that helps.
