Yes, but what it shows is that Obamas must have been transferred to microfiche also. So it doesn’t matter if the “paper” copy was destroyed. All the info is on the microfiche copy. They must have had the microfiche copy available in 2001 when all the records were transferred to electronic storage or else there would be no record in electronic storage of his BC in order to produce the COLB.

They may have copied it onto microfiche or microfilm or digital, but they do NOT EVER destroy these type records. I've worked with these records and IT IS NOT DONE, EVER.
