Did electing Arnold make it easier or more difficult for a conservative to be elected to statewide office?

Non issue. I'm not sure why you are against the Palin wing of the Party. Arnold does not equal Palin or Carley.

The hell it isn't. Arnold has denied GOP support to EVERY conservative candidate for statewide office.
