Really, the DEA is raiding users? Um, I'm going to have to call BS on that.
The DEA has limited their interdiction efforts, which have recently ended, to distributors and retail sales establishments, not users.
As I said, so long as you have a prescription and a receipt from a licensed dispensary, you're legit. That's legal for all practical purposes even in Rio Linda.
Even Amsterdam, which has wildly liberal drug laws place regulations on drug seller, and even users. That's never going to change.

All on the first page of a simple Google search. You aren’t smoking dope are you?
In the Netherlands production is still illegal, especially large scale production. The same as California.
You can’t fairly compare the price of any product when the large scale production of one is banned.
In California for instance, there are some nice almond orchards near Vacaville that I used to pass by with hundreds of acres of almond trees. I could give you rough directions to a few of these places. I can’t name one pot “orchard” (for the lack of a better word) in California. For any other legal product I can give you the factory or farm, but not for pot.
