One kid. Intelligence was wrong. Was not expecting kid in house.

The video clearly shows the woman holding the kid in the corner with shots popping off.

I guess cops are pre-programmed robots that are unable to deviate from set parameters. When environmental factors change then that plan has to adapt to those changes. It's all about situational awareness. You're obviously never been in the military.

It was a pit bull. But don’t let the facts distort your view of reality ...

personally attack you. LOL

What’s sick you are in the very, very small minority of your position. Even on the other boards like “Dah Bears”.

You just lack a soul. A man should be charged and held responsible for the crime he commits, not harrassed and have his family, pets and property put at risk for their jollies.

Now, go tell an Admin Moderator how I am personally attacking you. Boo hoo...

Does a policemen, serving a legal warrant have the right to defend himself?

I answered your question, now you answer mine.

Should the police, every time they serve a warrant go in military style, using military tactics, in military uniforms, shooting the pets, while little kids are in the home?

That was shot while caged. The corgi was shot as well. Let's don't let facts distort your view of reality.

Question. Does a policemen, serving a legal warrant have the right to defend himself? Yes or No.

Yes, everyone does. However, the only violence here was perpetrated by the police.

Thank you. The policemen were attacked by a pit bull. Therefore the shooting was justifiable.

Are you f**king clinically retarded or something? The pit bull was caged in the kitchen.

I wonder with all the sarcasm around here why we even have include that little thingy but for safe harbor.

What is with this guy? His opinion is the only one on this post and on other boards he would equally be in the minority.

Just a weirdo.

First they came for my pipe, then they came for my dog, then my other dog....

After a violent military raid like that, what would one expect a pet dog to do?

The raid video is on youtube. Can't get to it right now. I saw it and here is the description from the person who posted the video:

This video shows a search warrant served by the Columbia Mo. police department. The cops bust in this guys house in the middle of the night and shoot his two dogs (one a pit bull that was caged in the kitchen and the other a Corgi) with children in the home. it turns out that rather than a big time drug dealer, this guy had a small pipe with some resin in it, a grinder, and what the cops here call "a small amount of marijuana" (meaning less than a few grams). We here in Columbia want everyone to know what kind of police department we have here, check out our "finest" in action

And your source for that rumor is an anonymous poster on williamsboard.com?

I looked real hard at the video but I did not see the dogs.

I know others have seen them but I did not make them out in the video.
