And the Dallas area roads (toll and non-toll) would be better off if uninsured cars driven by unlicensed drivers were confiscated. Won’t happen because 99% of those guilty of it are illegals. The rest of us subsidize them.

Not when they've already been paid for by our gas taxes. A big issue is that approximately 25% of fuel taxes are diverted into education coffers instead of roads.
