Todd Tiahrt is the author of the Tiahrt Amendment one of many that bear the Congressmans name which prevents taxpayer dollars from going to organizations involved in forced sterilizations of women and forced abortions. Todd Tiahrt travels internationally speaking on behalf of the pro-life movement. Todd Tiahrt has donated over $20,000 in personal campaign money to support Kansans for Lifes efforts to elect pro-life legislators throughout the state. Todd Tiahrt has been a speaker at the March for Life every January since coming to Congress in 1994. 100% National Right to Life voting record. Four-time winner of the Family Research Councils True Blue award, given for a 100% pro-family voting record. Todd Tiahrt is a consistent Co-Sponsor of the Defense of Marriage Act and the Marriage Protection Amendment.
