Igor Djuric, a broker who showed Mr. Shahzad the 1,356-square-foot home he eventually bought, said he remembered that Mr. Shahzad was quiet about himself, but was openly critical of President Bush in the aftermath of the Iraq war.
“I didn’t take it for anything, since a lot of people didn’t like Bush,” Mr. Djuric said, “but he was a little bit strong about expressing it.”
So why didnt this guy do it when Bush was in Office if he hated him so much? The logic of these people boggles my mind
hopefully the next terroist wont be upset by Lydon Johnson
and Vietnam

There is so many things about Faisal Shahzad that remind me of Obama——

Frankly, I think we should hang the guy for treason. Our country is at war with Islamic jihad and he took the other side. Hanging him would send a very clear message to these dilettante jihadis that their actions have consequences.
I would also bankrupt his wife and kids with civil suits (cost of the investigation, legal costs etc) so he knows that his family too will suffer for the rest of their days as a result of his actions.
Unfortunately, we have the wrong CIC in office to do any of that.

A Muslim terrorist didn’t like Bush! I’d say that’s a positive for our former POTUS!

"I didn't take it for anything, since a lot of people didn't like Bush," Mr. Djuric said, "but he was a little bit strong about expressing it. Yeah, but most of them, in the US, are not Pakistani Musslemen from the NW frontier provencies. Should have said something dude. But fortunatly he was another incompentant bomber likely with incompetant (maybe the good ones are mostly dead, in "work accidents" and unfortunate encounters with guided weapons).

Mr. Shahzad is the son of retired Air Vice Marshall Baharul Haq, a former top Pakistani air force officer and deputy director general of the civil aviation authority, according to Kifyat Ali, a cousin of Mr. Shahzad's father. Mr. Ali, who spoke to the Associated Press, said Mr. Shahzad "was never linked to any political or religious party here" Now that is NOT GOOD. Air Vice Marshall is a two star, like a US Major General.
