That photo in New York was definitely not taken in Times Square. It looks more like 6th Avenue (otherwise known as "Avenue of the Americas") near Rockefeller center.
I think that's also where Fox News is located, but I moved out of NY a few years ago, so I don't remember for sure.

Indeed, I stand corrected. I think I had "Times Square" on my mind when I posted the photo.
