Excuse me, but I smell a RAT.

1. Obama comes out for a little offshore drilling -- looks good for a week or so.

2. Oil Rig explodes ... the followiing is from http://www.saltycajun.com/forum/showthread.php?p=145198

The Lights Went out; and Then...

Witnesses state that the lights flickered on the Deepwater Horizon. Then a massive thud shook the vessel, followed by another strong vibration.

Transocean employee Jim Ingram, a seasoned offshore worker, told the U.K. Times that he was preparing for bed after working a 12-hour shift. "On the second [thud]," said Mr. Ingram, "we knew something was wrong."

Indeed, something was very wrong. Within a moment, a gigantic blast of gas, oil and drilling mud roared up through three miles of down-hole pipe and subsea risers. The fluids burst through the rig floor and ripped up into the gigantic draw-works. Something sparked. The hydrocarbons ignited.

In a fraction of a second, the drilling deck of the Deepwater Horizon exploded into a fireball. The scene was an utter conflagration.

3. Obama changes mind on offshore drilling.

4. Obama looks good ... much better than before.

5. Coincidence? Planned ahead? Staged?

6. I smell a RAT.

I smell a RAT.

Obomas entire agenda is based on green (not actually green as in leaves - more like green as in currency) technology and green taxation. There's no way in hell he'd agree to off shore drilling - unless he knew in advance he'd have a way out of it.
A rig explodes, and his green agenda is back on the table - big time.
"Why, he couldn't have had anything to do with it. Big oil was his friend. He really, really liked off shore drilling."

Never listen to what a politician says. Watch what they do.

Me too.

There are two things which seem to be downplayed in the media coverage:

1) the cause
2) the victims.

When the coalminers died, you would see footage of people taking to their families, and occasional shots of their funerals. Now there’s nothing about these dead oilmen.

Why?
