the suspect in the Times Square bombing attempt, who was arrested overnight while aboard a plane at John F. Kennedy Airport, should have been on the United States terror watch list, and that because he wasn’t, he was able to board the
plane.
Authorities said that despite the manhunt, his passport had not been flagged and he was able to buy a ticket with cash and clear airport security...
CBS this morning...
Napalitano later came out and said in live interview, he was on the list...

Well, try this...
If you look at anyone (other than straight, white males) the least bit crooked these days, the leftist courts and politicians allow those people to sue you into poverty...if they haven't just taken it away already.
A preacher was just arrested for a "hate crime" on the sidewalks of NYC for preaching against homosexuality.
Now, given all that, do you want to be the ticket agent that "profiles" a potential flyer, and get the company sued? Losing your job?
No, and if he's not carrying an AK-47, three sticks of dynamite, and a machette, they let him through.
We can't control the "bad guys" when our own government is making "bad guys" out of the guys trying to control the "bad guys".
