Top Secret (TS) is applied to information or material the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security.

That about says it all. What has changed about the potential for grave damage, I wonder? Is anyone who is currently a member of the House of Representatives able to work up the nerve to introduce articles of impeachment? Who wants to be a hero?
