The AP reports that nine members of the Hutaree militia group accused of plotting against the government can be released until their trial.
The nine members of the Christina militia group were indicted in March on multiple charges involving an alleged plot to attack police, including seditious conspiracy and attempted use of weapons of mass destruction.

One of the charges, “ ....possessing a firearm during a crime of violence” is the same one they used against Ramos and Compean. I’d like to know what the “crime of violence” was.

Excuse my bragging, but I called this the Duke lacrosse redux as soon as they were arrested. The Obama regime wanted to parade mug shots of White Christians at the same time they created the tea party is dangerous and shouting racial slurs myth. These are dangerous times. Arm yourselves.
There will be no civil rights violation charges...whites do not have civil rights under the Obama Administration.
Kudos to this judge for upholding the rule of law and NOT Obama’s tea party PR tactics.
What upcoming trial? The case was dismissed immediately after Holder took office and is refusing all requests for information (including subpeonas) about it from the Senate Judiciary Committee.
