It was ALL about SCOTUS. Most forget about that and HAVE DOOMED us for a generation or more.

If you are referring to the SCOTUS picks that Obama will put into place, let me clarify something for you: if we have, in the United States, gotten to the point where the Supreme Court can determine the fate of this country, then our country was already doomed before Obama's crew of crooked commies ever got into office. Do you honestly think that the Founders intended for the Supreme Court to have such power over us? Or the president, for that matter? The ideal was that the federal government would be of minimal influence on the lives of the people, fulfilling only a very few, well-defined functions. Once it became apparent that SCOTUS is able to dictate to us, as individuals, how we may live our lives, everyone should have been ready to march, regardless of which party controlled the SCOTUS. Same for the POTUS, or CONUS.

I say, if the implementation of totalitarianism is what it takes to get the apathetic people of the USA to wake up and fight for their birthright, then I'm GLAD it's happening now.

Maybe given perfect working of our republic, but after years of libs being implanted into our system, it does not work like that. The reality is that so much is corrupted that it will not take much to be the straw that breaks the camels back.

Using health for and example. Here is an example of a relatively small system failure can cause what should be a minor illness to kill. We recently had the swing flu out break.

It was rare for the average person to be killed by swine flu. Yet dozens died. Almost all who did die had minor anomalies or adverse negative personal situations. Meaning they had other even slightly compromised body systems not in good shape.

Another example is to name one famous person in good health who recently has died from aids.

Given today's state of governance, SCOTUS being controlled by libs would most certainly be the destruction of our republic.

So many of our systems are corrupted if Obama got two more justices on it could be the end of it's usfullness to challenges on the Constition.
