He fled and broke the law. Throw him in jail in the general population in CA.
Dude, just STFU.
Drugging and anally raping a child should mean the death penalty no matter how good your “art” is.
I can remain silent no more either. STFU you stinking pervert, Roman Polansky.
“I can remain silent no longer because I am a girly man who raped a child and know the same fate awaits me. I know karma is a bitch and I don’t want to be the bitch of ‘Bubba’ Karma of Cell Block 8.”
Great, come back to the US and go to jail then.
The comments section at the link aren’t to kind.
Ditto.
Yep, and why exactly does anyone have any interest in anything he has to say?
The media loves scandal. Even though Tiger was not with children, when their are scandals that involve sex, what we should be doing is avoiding these people, and the press should be ignoring them!! It works for the Amish lol, shun them! It’s the worst punishment.

That was the law in Louisiana until very recently.
The United States Supreme Court decided that this was too harsh for the offense of child rape.
Millstones.
Necks.
May God judge this government as it deserves.
Well, let's just find the maximum sentence given to someone who drugged and raped a child and then fled the country to hide from justice for decades. I won't ask for anything more than that.
He has been convicted and sentenced. He fled to avoid punishment.
He actually was never sentenced. He entered into a plea agreement with prosecution, and pled guilty in open court. The judge ordered a pre-sentencing psych eval, which Polansky completed. BUT, before he could actually be sentenced, Polansky fled because he feared the judge wouldn't honor the plea arrangement, which of course is the judge's prerogative.
Before a defendant signs the plea agreement, and before he actually pleads guilty in open court, he is specifically told that the judge is not bound by the agreement as the agreement is between prosecution and defendant, and not defendant and court.
Because Polanksy fled, prosecution could even move to have the original plea agreement vacated, and then move to prosecute on the original charges as the original indictment was never dismissed - they usually never are until after sentencing, for just this reason.
I support the LA DA 100%. I am amazed someone in the LA DA has the guts and follow through to go after this rat. Maybe there is hope for CA yet.
But, he was just doing what was normal in Hollywood!
Or hanging in the town square. That’s another option.
Heres to hope and change! Let the fools believe in it for their salvation...OH YEAH!
