I don’t want to be the naysayer hear, but Judaism has a long history of co-existence with Islam to the point where Jews kicked out of the Spanish Inquisition (Sephardi) went to Turkey and North Africa. The turning point was the establishment of the state of Israel. At that point, most Arab nations kicked out the Jews, who mostly went to Israel. Can’t let a good story fall in the way of inconvenient facts.
However, you "conveniently" leave out the "fact" that the "co-existence" you tout was purchased at the price of Jewish dhimmitude, i.e "submission". The establishment of a Jewish state of non-dhimmis is what Islam can't tolerate.
Your "facts" may be correct, but your argument is dishonest.
“but Judaism has a long history of co-existence with Islam “
Hogwash!
Read Joan Peters “From Time Immemorial.”
Read Maimonides “Epistle to Jews of Yemen,” written in the 12th century as events were unfolding —
In the 12th century, a fanatical Muslim movement was forcing the Jews of Yemen to convert to Islam....”
