........ lookin’ good.
I think the ML on the 4 was like 15 to 1, but when the rains came, and SuperSaver had the best “mudder” creds of the twenty, down came the odds....along with that 100k bet from that guy who won that contest...Calvin said he is gonna win the TC with this horse...all I can say to Calvin is “Good Luck” with that. because he is gonna have to beat Ice Box in his own backyard at Belmont if SS were to win in Maryland...that wont be easy from what I saw IB do yesterday, even after a pullup...he almost caught SS..but then lot of things can happen in 5 weeks...
..... true.
Great pic of you!
;0)
LOL...I really look like I know what I am doing, don’t I? It was a dude ranch a few years back in Tucson...
Since then, I have ridden a bit more at a wonderful place in the Shenandoah Valley, and boy oh boy, was it great. Just beautiful, and REAL horse riding just me and the owner, not in a group where you look at the horse’s butt in front of you...:)
I actually galloped the horse, but had to stop before I got myself thrown...but the guy let me do it!
LOL
it’s a great pic!
I used to ride alot when I was a young(er) gal.
Alas, bad knees have out an end to that!
My favorite was an Appaloosa, and he was full of hell!
But, he also was obedient and very responsive to me.
Those were the days..
*sigh*
Hat’s off to Calvin.. he sure has made me some money..
What I find interesting is... very little discussion about Pletcher finally winning. Todd dominates this sport like no other trainer, ever.... You’d think 60 Minutes, or someone would see a story there.
Guess good news doesn’t sell!
They are too busy worshiping The ONE, or trying to find yet another way to make conservatives look bad.
I know. I love everything I read about him. I love his “Yes sir”s and “yes ma’am”s. He’s just charming.
I didn’t see the bet but I heard about it today. Nothing like having some marketing guy come up with this.
Looking at Lucky sure had a hellish trip with being pushed to the rail and the forced to go back and forth in traffic.
May be the horse to look at in the Blemont or Preakness.
