I remember very well the rage that was radiating from New Yorkers on the streets during the 911 attacks. One said in front of the cameras, “I hope our (Military) planes are on their way right now!”
Politicians really don’t want to be on the receiving end of this kind of rage, if they can help it.
But, they didn't want a war-war you know. They just wanted our planes to like scare the bad guys, who only attacked us because it was our own fault. It was cool to go back to hating the military after the first anniversary of 9/11.
They deserve to be for leaving our borders wide open and having such a lax immigration policy. How long ago was it hat an underewear bomber got a visa?
Someone name me one Republican or Democrat that has made a real push to close the border. I'm sure there must be a few.
