US President Barack Obama is expected to reveal details on the US nuclear stockpile during next week's UN nuclear disarmament summit at New York, Israel Radio reported Saturday.
Experts estimated the US nuclear arsenal at 9,000 nuclear warheads, with 5000 active and the rest slated for deactivation.

Neither. I don’t see how this makes much difference. Knowing how many warheads are on an Ohio class submarine doesn’t tell you where the boat lurks or the launch codes.
You think the KGB and Chinese intelligence, and as far as that goes the Israelis too, haven’t had these raw numbers for most of the Cold War and since ? Over the decades there have been enough moles and good spycraft that these sorts of things are mostly only secrets to US citizens.

If The Big BSer is going to reveal a state secret by confirming the amount of nuclear arsenal we have. They must have be superseded it by a different weapon system otherwise the military would be up in arms!
