As you know, the problem with legally attacking his lack of eligibility is standing. So far, no one has been able to get it. There is one person and only one person I can think of who would get standing and get a crack at discovery re BO’s hidden records. That person is Sarah Palin. She has said repeatedly that she doesn’t have to run for office to help her country. I also believe she genuinely would put the country’s welfare first every time. So she might do it if she thought it had a good chance of success. What do you think of this idea?
To me, she would be even more my choice of leader if she went after BO in court. The only bugaboo I see is the ineligibility of John McCain. (Also why McStain could not do it, not that he would.) How does that play into this scenario?
If this a crazy idea?
Yes, it’s a crazy ideal and Sarah should not get involved. McCain should though, he would have standing, he was a candidate.
Sarah ran as VP so some bozo judge would still claim she had no standing. The only one would be McRINO himself. He won't speak up because he was in on it from the beginning (remember he told us we didn't have to be afraid of Hussein). He and the GOP handed the election to the usurper, lock, stock, and barrel. The GOP didn't want this term because they wanted the RATS to fall into the housing and failed economy fiasco. When will everyone realize this election was fixed. That's why the GOP didn't slap down an obvious ineligible candidate. That's why they won't do it today. They are just as guilty if not more so in aiding and abetting the enemy.
Actually Orly Taitz was granted standing (maybe not exact terminology) to enjoin one of the lawsuits re the constitutionality of the healthcare bill.
Under the concepts of the Law Of Nations, McCain was not ineligible. See section 217 Vol I of Law of Nations. That section provides that those born in the military service or diplomatic corps while the parents are outside the country but serving it, are considered "born in the country" because they never left it's jurisdiction.
