I don't know whether they agree or disagree with me or do you. It is a fallacy to believe in this political climate that their actions or lack of actions tell us what they believe in. Acquiescence is not the same agreement. Hawaii has been deceptive in their actions and candor, which has been well documented on FR.

A fair point. I readily concede this.

But on this, I do not agree. Hawaii is limited by privacy laws as to what they can overtly do. But the GOP AG and governor could readily find ways to leak incriminating evidence if it actually existed. That this hasn't happened leads me to be more inclined to believe that there is no incriminating information to leak.
