Uh, the problem is your government has no intention of "catching them". The government intention is to roll out the red carpet for them, and made you pay for it in the form of closed hospitals, jammed class rooms, overcrowded jails, and choked off social services.....

All just lawless chaos....

All while leaving a wake of tens of thousands of American crime victims in it's path...
