I see. My views become personal opinion because YOU claim never to have seen government school abuse of special needs children. Perhaps you need to get around a little more and read more extensively.
Unfortunately for government school apologists, the facts are out in the open. I alluded to them in the post. If you had been paying attention you might have looked before you posted, but since you couldn’t manage that, here is a link to one of many stories about the GAO Report that embarrassed Duncan into issuing a statement and a letter. The first comment below the article provides a very accurate account of the attitude of the education establishment towards the problem.
