In a grilling of an interview by Wolf Blitzer on CNN's The Situation Room, Carly Florina, running against U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer in an election battle for Boxer's California seat in The Senate, said that she understood and supports Arizona's controversial illegal immigration law.

Free-Riders, criminals, welfare clusters (can't call the fatherless groups "families"), sex deviates, Union-dependent non-aspirants, etc. are the Democrat voterbase, no matter what. The Party that redistributes wealth to buy their votes is never going to change who they vote for, and NO ONE without a (D) by their name gets their vote.

The soon to be granted Blanket Amnesty will fill the polls with more Democrat supporters.

Tom Campbell is not a strong candidate. He lost to Feinstein by almost 20%. He's a squishy moderate that will excite the base and frustrated independents much like John McCain did against Obama.

Carly Fiorina is not a strong candidate. She's an empty-suited lightweight, a product of what her handlers tell her to say. She's only in the conversation because she has money, but thus far she trails Campbell.

DeVore is a fighter who has defeated well-funded woman before when he first won his assembly seat. He is the proven fiscal conservative champion with a military background and ties to the Reagan era.

Once Republicans understand we have one and only one chance to elect a proven conservative, they must back him or continue to swim in irrelevance. 2010 will be a lost opportunity in California if we nominate squishes and risk Republicans staying home again (figuratively speaking) in November.

The media bias is going to get much worse. As the Depression continues in California and the news media continues to shrink, particularly the print media, reporters and professional commenters may be easily purchased by the large agricultural interests in the state.

I live in California; since she support this legislation; then I have no problem voting for her in the primary.

Or, you could just vote for the actual conservative in the race: Chuck DeVore

DeVore is MUCH more conservative, a Veteran, and he has a much better voting record.

Reading the article, apparently Fiorina says she understands Arizona’s law, but did NOT say she supports it. The author is inferring that because Fiorina did not condemn the law. Still, it beats Cardinal Mahony’s insane lust for more plantation workers, and Senator Boxer’s placement of more liberal voters above the security and prosperity of America. I presume Campbell doesn’t like the bill, either, because his Saudi masters can’t import more terrorists into America.

You're right, and its disappointing.

The writer's description of her trying to weasel around the question is probably accurate, I've seen the same thing in other supposed "moderates". Its something that comes with not really knowing what you believe or why you believe it.

She knows she is running for office in a heavily latino state and fears to say anything that goes against supposed orthodoxy that will draw fire from the press. But look, if you're not a Democrat, you're going to draw fire. If you don't accept orthodoxy, you're going to draw fire. The only proper response is to do a Palin and go bold. Heck yes I support the bill. Most people do, and for good reason.

I'm so tired of electing politicians who don't know what they stand for other than topping off their resume.
