MORGAN CITY, La. (AP) -- Officials say an oil drilling rig on its way to a scrap yard has overturned in Louisiana.
No injuries have been reported. The overturned rig is unrelated to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico that threatens the coast's fragile ecosystem.
The Coast Guard said Friday that the rig overturned about 80 miles west-southwest of New Orleans.

It happens so often you see, we need $7.00 gas, for the children.
Oh Noes! a piece of steel fell over?
The fragile ecosystem could be in peril!
That is where this is heading.
This rig was on a barge being transported to a scrap yard. Not an operating rig on site and drilling a well.
Send in the SWAT teams, USAF and Justice Department just to be safe!
Count how many times you see or hear this phrase or some variant in the next few weeks. I'm starting to think that the qualifier is redundant, that it should just be "coastsfragileecosystem."
Don’r forget the BATFe
Like celebrity deaths, do oil rig accidents happen in threes?
And nary a word about what caused the first one to explode and sink, even though they can withstand category 5 hurricanes....
But 8 days later...Obama’s bumbling Department of Homeland Security and the terrorist letting go, Department of Justice are on the scene.....
Weird huh. Obama’s oil katrina.
