I doubt the feds really care whether this group walks or not. They knew from the beginning that they were no real threat. The feds wanted the photo-op and the perp walk to play into the whole miltia=tea party narrative, they got it. When this group goes free it will reported as a small blurb on page A-18. Exactly.

Under the ObamaNation law enforcement only need three allegations to arrest Americans, “White,” “Christian,” and the big one “Militia.”

Prosecutors, however, said the judge instead should refer to the case of Omar Abdel-Rahman, a blind sheik who was convicted in 1995 of urging followers to commit violence against U.S. landmarks in New York and New Jersey.
A federal appeals court found that Abdel-Rahman was encouraging others to take a violent path and was not protected by the First Amendment, Assistant U.S. Attorney Ronald Waterstreet said. So, they're making it very clear that suppressing free speech is their goal.

is that really how it went? Thats scary. Basically the FED is charging these ppl without evidence. They’re just fishing for evidence now. You would think they have the audio of the incriminating evidence before the arrest, but they got nothing

this tells me the arrest is political and not criminal. The Obama admin is desperate are now arresting innocent ppl because they want to take the country back from tyrants. And the arrest proves their point

Not exactly; I was stating my understanding of the case.
Basically the FED is charging these ppl without evidence.
Yeah; that’s about what it boils down to. As has been said on several threads, all that was needed was for this group to associate militia & Tea Party [in the public mind].
