Huey Long may have been the most corrupt governor, but when it comes to sheer, stupid incompetence, Arnold has them all beat.
His big mistake was not resigning when his proposals were voted down.
He should have said, “OK< Collie-fornians, you’re on your own”.. instead he resorted to being a girlie-man....too bad.
How soon you forgot the former governor of Minnesota, Jesse "The Body" Ventura! Had to be the body, 'cuz it certainly wasn't his mind. Now there is a definition of incompetence, if it wern't for "incompetence" he would have had no "competence" at all...
