Respectfully disagree....
Although 50 years are allowed for for what he did based on the cited law I believe that that sentence would be excessive and a misapplication of the laws as written....

Sarah Palin :)

As much as a jerk as this guy is, I think a year in jail and plenty of community service/probation would be fine here. Lets not lock him up and throw away the key because we disagree with his politics. I think this was an overly aggressive prosecution. If this had happened to me or anyone here—it would not even have been prosecuted. They would have said “protect your stuff better”. Justice is supposed to be blind in this country. I am not defending this guy and I think he will be found guilty, just trying to put things in prospective. Murder 2 gets less time than what this idiot did.
