Rep. Connie Mack (R-Fla.) ripped into the new Arizona immigration law today, comparing it to Nazy Germany.
"This law of 'frontier justice' – where law enforcement officials are required to stop anyone based on 'reasonable suspicion' that they may be in the country illegally – is reminiscent of a time during World War II when the Gestapo in Germany stopped people on the street and asked for their papers without probable cause," Mack said in a statement.

Really? Is not the AZ law a restatement of existing Federal law?
An opportunity for the Republican party to take a popular and principled stand and as usual they step in it big time. All the RINOs are coming out of the woodwork complaining about this bill.
What planet are all these effers calling in from? Good grief! The AZ law simply gives AZ police a means of enforcing US law. These guys are getting their wieners in a wringer over what?
They are idiots. They listen to liberals. They accept their premises and react to them as if they are reality. This is why Republicans lose.
Maybe this is ALL good. The people are finally watching and listening and understanding our government so much more than before. These politicians are finally showing their true color and we are and will move them out. The GOP has been infiltrated and we are finally on to them. It always gets worse to get better.

I keep seeing complaints about the Arizona law from everywhere, EXCEPT ARIZONA (illegal alien complains don’t count)! Arizona should tell all of these folks to butt out, that’s why there are separate states!

I am from florida and i am greatly dissapointed with connie macks statements....the law as i understand it allows law enforcement to ask for proper id of anyone repeat anyone after being stopped for a primary offense....it does not allow for them to stop someone for soley asking for their id....
