I suspect it is in anticipation of the planted sabatuers who will start a ruckus and be aired on the nightly news.
You know. Al Gore and Barrack Oboma are set to make 10 trillion a year off carbon credits in Chicago if they can get the Cap and Tax bill passed. All of a sudden, Oboma says "drill baby, drill". Al Gore calls for environment civil unrest - just the opposite (give the illusion they have nothing in common). A drilling site suddenly explodes. Oboma backs off for "environmental reasons" and Al Gore is now giddy. The two are now working together for our own good. They're closer to the Cap and Tax bill than ever before. (Money, money, money!!!!)
