Hawaii has passed a bill that would allow it to deny the truth.
But, if his books are true(I know; why would they be different than any of the other whoppers he’s told), the location of his birth DOES NOT MATTER! His father was a British citizen, his mother a minor. That means he is not a natural born citizen.
