Wrong. Mexico has a tiny immigration rate and harsh immigration laws. That's because they are hyper-nationalist, and they like the place just fine with just them, and no one else.
They just need a place to push the little people (um, "peons") into, and some new territory to control...which they claim is theirs anyway.
