The law SPECIFICALLY states that racial profiling is NOT allowed! Read the actual text of the law before you make statements in public!
This law is the EXACT same as the Federal law: if lawfully contacted by the police, they can request proof of your citizenship! The only difference is that local cities cannot decide to ignore this law, just as they are doing today!
