That's what you get when you have a Brewer for governor!
I hope that now that Arizona has taken the lead in taking a stand to enforce the law, others will follow. (Texas?) I do hope that Arizona doesn’t back down to the will of the leftists but stands firm. Now, for the P.R.C (Peoples Republic of Collie-fornia), I agree with a boycott... and I have no problem boycotting the P.R.C and it’s export products. For any fellow wine drinkers, might I recommend some fine Texas wine?

Insight Computers is located in Tempe, Arizona. They located there because of low outbound shipping rates (lots of trucks bringing stuff in, and leaving empty). They thought of moving but this was such a great advantage theyve just stayed there.

For the ladies (or guys looking for a Mothers Day gift) I found Queen of the Night products through Arizona Highways magazine two years ago. The scent is named for a desert cactus that blooms only one night a year.
I can definitely say that the quality of the products is high; have reordered several times. They make great gifts, too. From the website: Those who wear the womens perfume often also love the lingering essence of our scented candle in their home. This makes it an especially popular choice for Southwest gifts and Arizona souvenirs.
Also Sabaku Nature Art clothing. The name is Japanese but the garments are designed by Nancy Lenches, a Tucson field biologist turned artist. All of the garments are made in USA, not in China. Ive worn the shirts for six years and just love them. The business is a small one run by Nancy and her husband.

The Volks-Ware company itself, which began as a woman-run business offering hiking gear and other sturdy outdoor stuff for women (back in the days when the quality stuff was all sized for guys), is also based in Surprise, AZ, a suburb of Phoenix. (Guys they also carry unisex items and have some great online sales. Enjoy!)

Well, this is a shame. When I saw this post, I was reminded of some deliciously spicy pistachios my parents got as a Christmas gift this year. When I checked out their web site, I was disappointed to see they are from New Mexico, but they are good none the less. Lets keep them on our list in case New Mexico wakes up also and passes similar legislation.

My favorite today was Arnie backing off a California boycott because California is sending their prisoners to Arizona and don’t want us to say: “well then take back your criminals”
