IMHO — Obama is not a thinker, like most little boys, hence the ‘hurry up’ is the only defense, for having to think about what he is doing. Thereby preventing others from thinking through actions.

Is he childish in demeanor? Yes.

I think this lady is spot-on. In some ways Obama reminds me of myself as a young teen in the 70’s, only he never grew out of it.
