You can play with semantics all you want. Osama Bin laden simply parked a 747 on a NY tower. It was not an act of war. Right?

No Seq, we have an officer of the US military openly requesting that the commander in chief provide qualifying documents proving his eligibility. He didn't miss movement because he was at a frat party.

Sorry.

The President doesn’t have to prove his eligibility to every person, any more than a Commanding Officer has to show his orders to anyone who questions him. It is assumed, unless the person receiving the orders has evidence to the contrary - and that evidence has to be in the person’s possession.

When I was a Lt Col, I didn’t have to prove I didn’t cheat in OTS before someone had to obey my orders. Congress has accepted Obama as President, so the Board will as well. The military doesn’t get to decide who their C-in-C is.

“If he were given an order by a General who refused to show him, when questioned, his commission, then he could not be convicted unless it were shown that the order came down from a person who had the authority to give that order.”

Nope. Doesn’t work that way. The orders are assumed to be legal unless you have evidence in your possession that the General is an impostor.
