The President doesn’t have to prove his eligibility to every person, any more than a Commanding Officer has to show his orders to anyone who questions him. It is assumed, unless the person receiving the orders has evidence to the contrary - and that evidence has to be in the person’s possession.
When I was a Lt Col, I didn’t have to prove I didn’t cheat in OTS before someone had to obey my orders. Congress has accepted Obama as President, so the Board will as well. The military doesn’t get to decide who their C-in-C is.

I agree. Manual for Courts Martial says that orders are presumed to be legal. Of the source of the orders it has a blurb that I don’t remember verbatim, but it says something to the effect that if the order’s handled in a normal manner by a normal chain, then it’s to be assumed it comes from correct sources.

The US military doesn’t decide presidential elections.The states all put Obama on the ballot. He won the popular and Electoral College vote. Congress certified the election without a single dissent. The Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court swore Obama in.
He is the President, and all of his orders are backed by Congress, which funds the deployments.
