They are trying to blur the distinction between citizens and criminals.

Its a huge distinction. The criminals don’t care and never will care what the laws are. Most of them are already armed.

Citizens have the right to be armed. Any attempt to prevent them from exercising their Second Amendment right to bear arms is an abrogation of the Constitution.

Right...laws matter nothing to outlaws.

When I was a kid, carrying my .22 rifle, heading off to the store to pick up more rounds, I'd get stopped by a NY State Trooper. He'd check to see if I'd removed the bolt and ask if I'd got anything. Then came the serious talk....make sure you clean your weapon.
