most of the Muslims hold dual citizenship. If there was a federal law banning dual citizenships forcing them to swear allegiance to one and reject the other, it might help.

Notice when the press makes a big deal of an American citizen found to be a terrorist or at least have ties to them, they never mention they are also citizens of an arab country.
