Boobquake was originally intended to be a humorous exercise in scientific and skeptical thinking - that we should test claims people make, especially when they're ridiculous.

Ah, but the mullahs are a scientific bunch and they’ll claim that there may not be a strictly linear time correlation between the boobness and the quake. I think we need to leave those bras off a bit longer to test this hypothesis!

This is apparently true in more ways than one. I didn't see a single woman who appeared in any way to be taking part in this "event".

One experiment does not a solid conclusion make.

It needs to be repeated multiple times under my close, personal supervision in order for the results to be considered valid.

It shouldn't take long. I'd say no more than 4 or 5 times a week for a period of several months ought to do it.
