The numbers tell the story. When the Tea Parties generate enormous crowds with hardly any reports of actual, documented incidents they are menacing, mean spirited, and ugly. A rally of a few thousand protesters against the AZ illegals law turns into a riot requiring police to arrest dozens and it's just a few people got overenthusiastic in their protest.

PHOENIX (AP) - The Arizona State Capitol has been the scene of many protests over the past few days. Now it’s the scene of vandalism.

Crews came in Monday morning and cleaned up refried beans that someone smeared over windows including Swastikas left on some House and Senate windows.

Capitol police think the vandalism occurred overnight Monday.

It’s the first vandalism at the Capitol since Gov. Jan Brewer signed the immigration enforcement bill into law last Friday.

What Big Media is desperately hoping is for violence to break out at Tea Parties. I can imagine their exasperation when every cherished myth they have about conservatives (violent, hateful and racist speakers) fails to occur at the Tea Parties. But when leftist demonstators thrown things at police, well, that’s not violent at all.
