You are 100% correct, yet he also says the crushing deficit will force us to cut entitlements and to rationing health care...Yet he never said this before all this stuff was passed. Back then he said it was no big deal, the debt was good for us.

Yes and he trashed Bush for running deficits that were 1/4 the size.
